Club Nacional de Fútbol (Sarandí del Yi)

The Club Nacional de Fútbol (CNF), founded October 12, 1911, is an athletics club based in Sarandí of the Yí, Uruguay. For the club's 100 year anniversary, it participated in the Glass El País, organized by OFI.[1] Its headquarters is at 527 President Barron Street, near Sarandí.

History

Historically, the institution competed in several disciplines in addition to football. It is affiliated with the Federación Ecuestre Uruguay. In August 2011, it achieved the title of champion in short proofs (60 km) and devoted to the organization of its raid “Exodus Of the East Village.” [2] It has competed in cycling, basketball and martial arts.

They have a facility where they teach basque pelota classes. They deliver cultural and educational activities in institutions that contribute to the local community.
