Irishman Ciaran Maguire is an overseas property salesman. He first started his business career with his family's construction firm Flexi Group in 1998, which was originally founded in 1988 by Ciaran's father, Christopher Maguire. Maguire created the Irish company, Flash Developments.[1][2] After Flash Developments, Ciaran Maguire set up the Ciaran Maguire Group.[3][4]

Career

Maguire started his business career with his family's construction firm Flexi Group. Flexi group was founded by his father Christopher Maguire in 1988.The firm worked on projects like K-Club, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin Airport and Ireland’s National Stadium at Lansdowne Road. Maguire also invested in many plant facilities for flrxi group Maguire started investing in land trading and further developed them into luxury resorts named The Palm View Resorts. The restaurants are being developed in Boa Vista, Cape Verde, St. Lucia and Bequia.

In 2007, Maguire started the Ciarán Maguire Group. The group is an overseas development company. The Group has also expanded its interests into the development of Golf courses and the Gaming sector. It also offers signature golf courses and casinos.[5][6] Recently Maguire has been selling the Cape Verde investment in China and commenceing a new development in St Lucia.[7]
