Carl Johan Fahlcrantz

Carl Johan Fahlcrantz (1774-1861), was a Swedish landscape painter, was born in Dalecarlia.

He was instructed by P. Ljung, a sculptor and painter, and depicted Northern scenery with a masterly touch, his twilight and moonlight scenes being particularly effective.
