Carl R. Ice[3] is an American businessman. He's been the President of BNSF Railway since November 1, 2010,[4] and President and CEO of since January 1, 2014,[1] succeeding Matthew K. Rose in the role.[5] He started working for the Santa Fe Railroad, which would later be consolidated into BNSF, in 1979.[6]
