Bulgaria on Air is a business media created on September 9, 2011 is owned by Bulgarian national airlines Bulgaria Air and M-SAT cable, which in turn relate the media to TIM, a Bulgarian business grouping often associated with criminal activity in the 1990s centered around the city of Varna. The media includes two magazines, a website, and a radio and TV channel.

In 2009 the channel was acquired by the owners of the airline company Bulgaria Air and moved to Sofia, from where they began building a national network. In March 2010, television began broadcasting in 15 cities in Bulgaria. In Varna it is replaced by a regional TV channel Cherno More. At the end of 2010 it began to prepare for rebranding the channel's biggest business media in Bulgaria - Bulgaria On Air.

Bulgaria On Air Radio

The radio station was founded on 22 March 1996 by M-SAT cabel in Varna under the name of Alpha radio. Аfter its inception it began broadcasting in Dobrich, Shumen and Varna. On March 17, 2007, it began broadcasting in Sofia and quickly became a national radio station. In 2009 it was purchased by Bulgaria Air and became the first Bulgarian news radio - Bulgaria On Air Radio.
