Achievement and recognition

Dugan has helped in the development of football at the youth level through his involvement in various aspects of the game. Each year he trains and takes Estonian youths to the World Youth Cup (the Gothia Cup) held annually in Sweden. In addition to providing them with exposure to the game, the competition also offers intercultural experiences. Dugan supports fair play and requires this from his club members as well. In 2010 Dugan was selected into the Gothia Cup Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame recognizes and awards sports personalities who have made significant contributions to their home country as well as to the Gothia Cup.[3]
