Bob M. Dearing (born January 26, 1935) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi Senate. He represented the 37th District from 1980 to 2011. In 2011, he was defeated by Republican Melanie Sojourner. He ran for the seat again in 2015, and defeated Sojourner.[1]
