Ben Spencer (born 31 July 1992), is an English rugby union player, currently playing for Saracens in the Aviva Premiership. He played for Cambridge as a youngster when he was invited to train with Saracens; within months he was offered a professional contract. Spencer has made 30 appearances in the Premiership and Heineken Cup, particularly impressing during the 2011–12 season where injuries to Richard Wigglesworth and Neil de Kock left him as the first-choice scrum-half.

In 2012, Spencer was called up to the England under-20s squad for the Junior World Championship in South Africa. He has also featured for the England Saxons.
