The Basketball Federation of Serbia (Serbian: Кошаркашки савез Србије, Košarkaški savez Srbije) is the governing body for basketball in Serbia. It is founded in 1948 as the Basketball Federation of Yugoslavia (KSJ).

The Federation runs the men's national team and the women's national team.

Kosovo issue

After Kosovo was admitted to FIBA they announced they would seek to ban Serbia/Kosovo games.[1] Serbia does not formally recognize Kosovo as an independent nation.
