Arnel Cerafica is a Filipino politician. He is a member of Philippine House of Representatives representing the District of Pateros-Taguig City from 2010–present.[1] He is also a Vice Chairman of Health.[2][3]
Councillor of Taguig City
Prior to his elections in the Congress, he served as a councillor for the 2nd Councillor District of Taguig City from 2001 to 2007.
