Amart Sports is an Australian sports equipment and related apparel chain. Amart Sports is owned by Super Retail Group which also owns Rebel Sports, Super Cheap Auto and many large brands.[1]

History

Amart Sports was foundered in 1976 with the first store located in Underwood, QLD.[2] Since then Amart Sports has expanded throughout the Australia and has over 52 stores, mainly in homemaker destination centres across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales.[3]

Super Retail Group acquired the Amart Sports business in November 2011.

Team Amart

Team Amart is a loyalty program, which rewards customers for coming into store. Members receive ongoing discounted Member pricing, chances to win instant prizes, information about all the latest promotional specials and invitations to special Member only events.[4]
