AP Sound Inc. is one of the United States' largest commercial installers[2] of audio and video equipment for musicians, recording studios, schools, stadiums,[3] houses of worship, concert sound companies, and broadcasters. All Pro Sound also sells recording systems, keyboards, guitars, drums, microphones, mixers, loudspeakers, signal processors, and other equipment.

History

Richard Couture started All Pro Sound as a commercial installation company in 1980 in Pensacola, Florida, and gradually expanded into residential installation and catalog sales.[2] In 2007, Couture sold the company to a group of private investors. In January 2011, All Pro Sound went out of business, and the liquidated business was sold to Chuck Surack and was re-established as AP Sound, Inc. dba All Pro Sound.

By 2010, All Pro Sound operated a 35,000-square-foot (3,300 m2) warehouse and a 10,000-square-foot (930 m2) showroom, annual sales had grown to $19 million, and Systems Contractor News had ranked All Pro Sound #34 on its list of Top 50 Integrators.[1]
