Aleksandr Nikolayevich Balakhnin (Russian: Александр Николаевич Балахнин; born April 1, 1955 in Belaya Kalitva) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. He works as a goalkeeping coach with the reserves team of FC Rostov. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League in 1976 for FC Torpedo Taganrog.[1]

His younger brother Sergei Balakhnin also played football professionally.
