Aldo Calderón van Dyke

Aldo Mauricio Calderón van Dyke (8 August 1968 – 15 July 2013) was a Honduran journalist and news anchor. He worked during the 1990s as collaborator in La Prensa and later in Diario Tiempo.

Since 2001 he was anchor of the evening newscast of Canal 11. During the government of Manuel Zelaya he was appointed to be speaker of the Secretariat of Natural Resources and Environment

Calderón died on 15 July 2013 by poisoning.[1]
