Airport Drive, is a 5.6 kilometre semi-standard freeway in Melbourne, Australia, between Centre Road at Melbourne Airport and the Western Ring Road at Airport West. This road is an important thoroughfare for the Melbourne Airport business park along South Centre Road.

Airport Drive originally opened to traffic in May 1997 and was declared a freeway under the Road Management Act of 2004.[2]

In July 2013, construction began on an extension of Airport Drive to Melrose Drive. In June 2015, the extension of Airport Drive was opened to traffic. When it was opened, the section between Mercer Drive and Centre Road was renamed from Melrose Drive to Airport Drive. A new Watson Drive links Melrose Drive to Airport Drive. Link Road has also been realigned to connect to Airport Drive. The extension now serves as the Second Major Route to and from Melbourne Airport.
