Advanced Radar Research Center
The Advanced Radar Research Center (ARRC) is a University Strategic Organization of the University of Oklahoma (OU) located at the National Weather Center (NWC) in Norman, Oklahoma. The Executive Director of ARRC is Dr. Robert D. Palmer.
