ATV (also stylized aTV) is a nationwide TV channel in Turkey, began broadcasting in September 1993. ATV is an acronym of Actual Television (Aktüel Televizyonu). As of August 2013, ATV is Turkey's 5th popular channel with a market share of 6.71%.[1]

ATV was founded by Dinç Bilgin, who is the original owner of the channel. The channel changed its ownership to Ciner Medya Grubu in 2002, and Tasarruf Mevduatı Sigorta Fonu in 2007. ATV was owned by Çalık Holding's Turkuvaz Media Group, but in 2013, the ownership changed again to Kalyon Group.
