The 2016–17 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team will represent Duke University during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They are coached by a 37-year coaching veteran, Mike Krzyzewski. The Blue Devils will play their home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina and are a part of the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Previous season

Duke advanced to the Sweet Sixteen a year after winning its fifth national championship. The Blue Devils beat UNC-Wilmington and Yale before falling to top seeded Oregon in the West region.
