The 4th Thailand Regional Games (Thai:กีฬาเขตแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 4) also known (1970 National Games,1970 Inter Provincial Games) held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand during 1 to 7 November 1970,Representing were 12 sports. This games was the qualification athletes of 1970 Asian Games until Thailand was the third place of medal tally after Japan and South Korea[1]
