Terms of Service

    This disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to the open source frontend software
    portal (“Interface”) that permits users to access a community-driven
    collection of blockchain-enabled smart contracts and tools (“Jade
    Protocol”), including functionality that enables users to exchange their
    $JADE for $BUSD or $USDC.

    No Ownership or Control by Released Parties: The individuals and entities
    operating the Interface, its officers, directors, employees, agents,
    advisors, consultants, or any affiliated entities or individuals ("Released
    Parties") neither own nor control Jade Protocol or any transactions made
    through Jade Protocol.

    Limitation of Liability: THE INTERFACE AND ACCESS TO Jade Protocol ARE
    PROVIDED "AS IS," AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
    WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE RELEASED PARTIES EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY
    AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
    IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
    QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF
    COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. When you access or use the Interface or
    Jade Protocol and related smart contracts, you are agreeing that the
    Released Parties will not be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever
    associated with your decision to use, inability to use, or your interaction
    with other users of, the Interface or Jade Protocol, including any direct,
    indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages,
    or loss of profits, digital assets, tokens, or anything else of value.

    Awareness of Risks: Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you are
    aware of, and assume, all risks associated with accessing or using the
    Interface and Jade Protocol, and digital assets and decentralized systems
    generally, including but not limited to that: (a) digital assets, like $JADE
    or $USDC, are highly volatile; (b) using digital assets is inherently risky
    due to both features of such assets and the potential unauthorized acts of
    third parties; (c) you may not have ready access to assets; and (d) you may
    lose some or all of your tokens or other assets, including by deciding to
    redeem your $JADE using the Interface or Jade Protocol, at or for a price
    that is less than what $JADE might be in the future had you not redeemed
    your $JADE using the Interface or Jade Protocol. You agree that you will
    have no recourse against any of the Released Parties or anyone else for any
    losses due to the use of the Interface or Jade Protocol. For example, these
    losses may arise from or relate to: (i) incorrect information; (ii) software
    or network failures; (iii) corrupted cryptocurrency wallet files; (iv)
    unauthorized access; (v) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; (vi) third-party
    activities; or (vii) additional or new information that affects the price of
    $JADE or $USDC.
