Opis
Kolejna odsłona mangowego RPG, gdzie wcielasz się w członka grupy podróżującej do innych światów.

Fabuła dotyczy bohaterów, Edge'a Vanhite oraz jego przyjaciółki z dzieciństwa – Iris Fortner. Wspólnie muszą odnaleźć osiem fragmentów legendarnego skarbu Escalario. Legenda mówi, że każdy kto stanie się posiadaczem wszystkich kawałków, będzie mógł spełnić jedno swe życzenie. Bohaterowie mają już jeden fragment, muszą teraz zdobyć siedem kolejnych.

Od czasu poprzedniej części wprowadzono w grze kilka zmian, m.in. przeciwnicy nie pojawiają się już w sposób przypadkowy, dopracowano system combosów i dodano minigrę o łowieniu ryb.

Description
The eighth entry in the RPG series about alchemists, Grand Fantasm is different from the previous Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana (1&2) in that it is a quest-based RPG where you travel back and forth between your home town base and five separate worlds. You play as Edge Vanhite, an adventurer who's part of a group called Mystruse. Mystruse has made a business of exploring other worlds, and together with your friend Iris Fortner, you spend your days accepting such quests from the adventurer's guild. Grand Fantasm makes use of a battle system called "Active Cost Card Battle," where cards on the top of the screen display what moves will appear next. New to the game is the Blaze Master System -- players can befriend different Manas in each world, earning the ability to fight as a Blaze Master, a warrior that uses weapons associated with the Mana.
