Perçem, Afganistan Demokratik Halk Partisi'nin 1967'de iç çekişme sonucunda ayrıldığı iki kanattan birinin adı. 1978'de bu hizibin tüm önde gelenleri tasfiye edilmiş ya da sürgüne gönderilmiştir.
