Panna Dynamit urodziła się w 1981 roku w północnym Londynie, a naprawdę nazywa się Naomi McLean-Daley. Najpierw występowała w klubach jako MC, gdzie zyskała opinię jednej z najlepszych specjalistek w tej branży. Miała także swój program w jednej z pirackich stacji radiowych, prowadziła też program telewizyjny poświęcony czarnej muzyce. Gdy wydawało się, iż stanie się gwiazdą brytyjskiej sceny two-stepowej, niespodziewanie poleciała do Nowego Jorku, by tam nagrać tę właśnie debiutancką płytę, utrzymaną w rhythmandbluesowej konwencji. Nagrania odbywały się także w Miami i na Jamajce. Producentem części materiału jest Punch, współtwórca płyt P. Diddy'ego, Rakima i Canibusa, a także Salaam Remi (Nas, Fugees) i weterani sceny reggae - Tony i Dave Kelly. Album powstał z myślą o rynku amerykańskim i stosunkowo mało jest na nim elementów ragga, hip-hopu i muzyki garage'owej, choć Ms Dynamite sporo w swych utworach przeklina. Wśród gości słyszymy m.in. Keon Bryce ("Anyway U Want It"), Kymani Marley'a ("Seed Will Grow") i Barringtona Levy'ego ("Too Experienced"). Całość trwa blisko 70 minut, a pierwszym singlem promującym płytę był utwór "It Takes More".
