Hello, I have worked in the IT industry for 17 years and have designed, built, and maintained a variety of different platforms. From telecomm equipment, PBXs, UNIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows, and IP networks my experience has transcended the voice and data barriers while being privy to the convergence of them all.

My recent experience has focused my attention on enterprise management which includes a subset of monitoring, proactive problem resolution, automation of maintenance, reporting, and analysis. I utilize custom scripting and coding in this endeavor to include Java, Ruby, Python, and shell scripting to name a few examples.
