Vincent Regan (d. 16 Mayıs 1965, Swansea), Britanyalı oyuncu.

Vincent Regan, 16 Mayıs 1965'te Galler'in Swansea şehrinde dünyaya gelmiştir. Amelia Curtis ile evli olup, Chloe adında 1993 doğumlu bir kızı vardır. Truva filmindeki Eudorus karakteriyle tanınmıştır.
