Ralph Nathaniel Fiennes (d. 22 Aralık 1962; Ipswich, Suffolk), İngiliz oyuncudur.
Mark Fiennes ve eşi Jennifer Lash'in altı çocuğundan en büyüğüdür. Bishop Wordsworth Boys Okulu ve Chelsea Sanat ve Tasarım Üniversitesi ve Drama Sanatı Kraliyet Akademisinde eğitim almıştır. 1987 yılında Britanya Ulusal Kraliyet Tiyatrosuna katılmıştır. Steven Spielberg'in 1993 yılında yönettiği Schindler's List (Schindler'in Listesi) adlı filmde "Amon Goeth" karakterini canlandırmıştır ve en iyi yardımcı erkek oyuncu daldında Oscar'a aday gösterilmiştir. Bu filmden sonra kariyerine Quiz Show (1994) ve English Patient (1996) ile devam etmiştir. English Patient filmindeki "Laszlo" rolüyle en iyi erkek oyuncu dalında Oscar'a aday gösterilmiştir. 2005 yılı itabariyle Harry Potter serisinde Lord Voldemort rolünü canlandırmaya başlamıştır. Ayrıca Jennifer Lopez ile birlikte Made in Manhattan filminde rol alan İngiliz aktör, Coriolanus ve The Invisible Woman filmlerinde yönetmenlik koltuğuna oturmuştur.
1993-1997 yılları arasında Alex Kingston ile evli kalmıştır. Kendisi gibi oyuncu olan Joseph Fiennes'in ağabeyidir.
