Peter Seamus O'Toole (d. 2 Ağustos 1932 - ö. 14 Aralık 2013) sekiz Akademi Ödülü adaylığı bulunan İrlandalı oyuncu. Üç kere Altın Küre ve bir kere Emmy almış, Akademi tarafından Akademi Onur Ödülü'ne layık görülmüş, sekiz kere aday gösterildiği En İyi Erkek Oyuncu Oscarını ise hiç kazanamamıştır.
Babası İrlandalı, annesi İskoçyalı'ydı. Genç yaşlarda iyi bir Shakespeare oyuncusu olarak ün yaptı daha sonra önce televizyonda, ardından da beyazperdede görünmeye başladı. Yer aldığı ilk önemli yapımlardan biri olan Arabistanlı Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) filminde baş kahraman T.E. Lawrence performansı, BAFTA Ödülü'nü kazanmasını sağladı. İlk Oscar adaylığını da bu film sayesinde elde etti. Son olarak da 2006'da Venus filmindeki performansıyla Akademi Ödülü'ne aday olmuş ancak yine kazanamamıştır.
14 Aralık 2013 tarihinde Londra'da hayatını kaybetmiştir.[5]
