Dan "Danny" Trejo (d. 16 Mayıs 1944, Los Angeles, Kaliforniya, ABD), Hollywood sinemalarının birçoğunda gözüken bir ABD'li oyuncu. Genellikle sert adam rollerinde bilinir.
Gençlik yıllarında amcasıyla beraber çeşitli suçlara bulaşan Trejo, ayrıca bu dönemde eroin bağımlısı oldu. Gençlik yıllarında boksa merak sardı. Trejo’nun profesyonel boks kariyeri ile ilgili kurduğu hayaller, tutuklanarak uzun süreli hapis cezasına çarptırılmasıyla son buldu. Hapishanede geçirdiği süre boyunca düzenlenen boks şampiyonalarına katılan Trejo, hafif ve orta sıklet dallarında Kaliforniya Eyalet Şampiyonu unvanını uzun süre elinde bulundurdu. Hapiste geçirdiği süre boyunca terapi seanslarına katılan Trejo, eğitim programını düzenli takip ederek uyuşturucu sorunundan kurtulmaya çalıştı. 1985 yılında düzenlenen bir terapi seansı sırasında tanıştığı bir arkadaşı sayesinde sinema sektörüne giriş yapan Trejo, ilk olarak 1985 tarihli Runaway Train adlı sinema filminde rol aldı. Runaway Train filminde oyunculuğun yanı sıra filmin başrol oyuncusu Eric Roberts’a verdiği boks dersleri ile de tanınan Trejo, bu filmin başarısından sonra Hollywood'da öne çıkan isimlerden oldu. İlginç yüz hatlarıyla uzun Meksika’lı bıyığı ve vücudundaki dövmeler sayesinde Holywood’un en çok aranan kötü adamlarından birisi haline gelen Trejo, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Al Pacino, Nicolas Cage ve Harrison Ford gibi pek çok ünlü isimle beraber kamera karşısına geçti. 1995 yılında Desperado ve 1996 yılında From Dusk Till Down filmlerinde usta yönetmen Robert Rodriguez ile beraber çalışmaya başlayan Trejo, setteki bir tesadüf sonucunda Rodriguez’in kuzeni olduğunu farketti. Desperado filminden bu yana Rodriguez ile beraber çalışan Trejo, sinemadaki asıl ününü de usta yönetmenin filmlerinde oynadığı ve genellikle dövüş aleti olarak keskin metal objeleri ya da fırlatma bıçaklarını tercih eden kötü adam karakterleri ile kazandı. Dünya çapında tanınmaktadır.
