2012-13 Prva HNL

2012-13 Prva HNL (sponsorluk anlaşmasıyla adı MAXtv Prva Liga) 1992 yılından beri devam eden Hırvatistan'ın en üst düzey futbol ligi Prva HNL'nin yirmi ikinci sezonu. Bu sezon 21.7.2012 tarihinde başladı ve 26.5.2013 tarihinde bitti. Dinamo Zagreb şampiyon oldu.
