The Artwork is derived from the cover of the book "Move Over Brokers Here 
Comes The Blockchain", ISBN-13 978-1688289970, by and with the
permission of book's cover copyright holder, Keir Finlow-Bates (the "Artist").

The Artwork includes an image of a strawberry derived from an original
photograph by Ylanite Koppens (https://www.pexels.com/photo/macro-photography-
of-strawberry-934066/), used fairly under the terms and conditions of
pexels.com (https://www.pexels.com/license/).

The Artist reserves all rights to the artwork.

The Artist has deployed a smart contract on the Ethereum Rinkeby blockchain,
with contract address 0x2b0D8808c17EE7D4CB749517831A09DCb6AC9413, and has
minted an ERC721-compliant token with a token ID of 1 (the first token of 
said contract), henceforth "the Token".

The Token contains a URI link to a metadata JSON file, which contains a link
to this contract.

The Artist hereby grants a permanent and irrevocable license to the owner
of the Token (the "Owner"), for so long as the Owner is in 
possesion of the Token, to store one digital copy of the Artwork on a
webserver, fileserver, hard disk, or other digital storage medium, for the
personal perusal and enjoyment of the owner.

Furthermore, the license shall grant the Owner the right to display the 
Artwork in one (1) virtual location, such as on a website, in a virtual 
gallery, or in an online game.

If the Owner at any point transfers ownership of the Token to another party,
the license granted above shall immediately also transfer to that party, and
the Owner shall be required to delete the digital copy of the Artwork, and
ensure that it is no longer displayed in the virtual location.

THE ARTWORK, TOKEN, AND LICENSE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY 
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF 
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THE ARTIST OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES
OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,
ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ARTWORK, TOKEN, OR LICENSE OR 
THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE ARTWORK, TOKEN, OR LICENSE.
