LikeCoin chain Proposal #12 - Changing the way of delegate the ecological's LikeCoin in the validators

Background

After the 9th proposal passed, the number of validators has increased significantly.However, there are some cases of people abusing the rules, in order to maintain fairness.The community has discussed some ways to decentralize authentication to gain the independence of the delegated validators.

Proposal

1. Post about yourself and why you want to participate in LikeCoin at matters.news.
2. Join LikeCoin's discord as an authenticated validator.
3. Be an active participant in LikeCoin in discord and apply for ecological's delegate when you feel you have enough recognition from others.

• When you make an honest effort to participate in community affairs, recognition will reveal itself.
• There are no special rules, so please feel free to use your imagination on LikeCoin and help LikeCoin go even further.
• Apply in Discord's 『community-funds-apply』channel and get at least 5 approve from approvers.

Expected results

1. Increase the number of validators.
2. More rational and transparent use of ecological pools（Migration Pool (cold) + Team Pool + Ecosystem Pool）.
