Ryan Gropp (born September 16, 1996) is a Canadian ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League while under contract to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. Gropp was selected by the New York Rangers in the 2nd round (41st overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft; The Rangers acquired the pick in a trade that sent Carl Hagelin to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Emerson Etem.

On December 31, 2015, the Rangers signed Gropp to a three-year, entry-level contract set to take effect at the start the 2016-17 season.
