The Immaculate Conception School for Boys (ICSB) is a private Catholic high school exclusively for boys located in Malolos, Philippines. It is Established by the Most Rev. Cirilo R. Almario, Jr., Bishop of Malolos in 1989, it is situated next to the Basilica Minore.

ICSB was founded by Most. Rev. Cirilo R. Almario Jr., Bishop of Malolos. It is a Catholic school that exclusively caters to the educational needs of qualified high school boys. As a responsible instrument of Christian education, ICSB pursues not only intellectual and cultural goals but more so, the formation of the whole person, especially his spiritual life. Thus, ICSB lays distinctive stress on spirituality, discipline and knowledge, which will hopefully help the students to become good Catholics and citizens.
