Ecology Action

Ecology Action is an environmental organization founded in 1970 under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3, based in Santa Cruz, California. It has a staff of more than 50 people and operates a variety of energy saving, water, waste reduction, and greenhouse gas emission reduction programs.

The organization recently began to renovate the former Santa Cruz Sentinel newspaper building with two other partners.[1] The organization also sponsors Bike To Work Week.[2]
